The Roly IRON boot is designed to provide protection and resistance in sectors where foot safety is a priority. This model stands as a reliable solution within occupational footwear, adapted to varied and continuous working conditions.

Construction and design

The exterior combines a leather overlay with mesh fabric panels, striking a balance between the durability of the impact area and the overall breathability. It features toe cap and heel reinforcement, while the lace-up fastening ensures a stable fit. The sole is made of dual-density polyurethane and features a fibreglass toe cap with a 200-joule resistance. Inside, it incorporates a 3mm thick PS interwoven fibre textile anti-perforation insole.

Composition and regulations

The model is available in a black and grey colour combination. Manufactured in China, this boot complies with CE certification under the EN ISO 20345:2022 + A1:2024 standard, achieving the S3S SR FO CI SC classification. This means the footwear is water-resistant, antistatic, features energy absorption in the heel (E), is slip-resistant (SR) and hydrocarbon-resistant (FO), offers cold insulation (CI) and has a toe cap designed for greater durability in the scuff area (Scuff Cap). It is a unisex design available in a wide range of sizes, from 35 to 50.
