In terms of construction, the model features a crew neck made from 1x1 rib, reinforced with self-fabric neck tape for enhanced durability. The structure varies by age range: adult sizes follow a tubular pattern, while kids' sizes include side seams for a better fit. It comes with a tear-away label, which is highly practical for white-label projects or full customisation.

The main composition is 100% cotton single jersey, with a 190 g/m² weight that provides a great balance between breathability and consistency. The only exception is the heather grey colour (code 58), which is made from 85% cotton and 15% viscose.

Thanks to its basic and neutral design, the Stafford T-shirt is suitable for multiple textile customisation techniques.
