High-performance design in the Roly BERYL work footwear

The Roly BERYL work footwear combines a sporty aesthetic with maximum protection against mechanical and electrical hazards. This model is ideal as safety footwear for industrial, logistics, or warehouse environments where ESD equipment, hydrocarbon resistance, and slip protection are required.

The construction of this work shoe is structured around several key elements. Fastening is via laces, while the toe cap and heel areas feature specific reinforcements to increase durability. The sole is made of dual-density polyurethane, providing a stable and slip-resistant (SR) base. Inside, it incorporates a 3 mm thick anti-perforation insole made of interwoven PS textile fibres, and a fibreglass toe cap capable of absorbing impacts of up to 200 joules. The toe cap finish features the SC (Scuff Cap) designation, designed to withstand continuous friction in the impact zone.

Regarding the composition, the textile upper combines Black NET, Black Nobuck Microfiber, and details with Reflective printing, exclusive to the black and fluorescent yellow colourway. The inner lining uses Black Neoprene with Back Reinforcement, providing comfort and support to the instep.

The BERYL model meets CE certification under the EN ISO 20345:2022 + A1:2024 standard, classified as S3L PS FO SR SC + ESD. This approval makes it particularly suitable for work uniforms in sectors such as automotive, electronics, mechanical assembly, or goods handling. Its unisex design and wide range of sizes make it easy to fully equip diverse workforces.
