Before the proof: cancellation with a full refund, less bank transfer charges.
After proof approval: no changes or cancellations are accepted once the production process has begun.
Customised orders (B2C): as goods made to the consumer's specifications (art. 103.c TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Non-customised products (B2C): the consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw under art. 102 TRLGDCU, with a refund of the product price (return shipping costs borne by the consumer).
