9. Samples and quality control
Digital proof: a free digital proof is provided per order to validate position, approximate size and print colours. Approval of the proof binds the customer as to the final result.
Physical samples: available upon request at the customer's expense (garment and shipping costs).
Colour tolerance: slight colour variations may exist between the digital proof (screen) and the printed result, as well as between different production batches, inherent to the textile printing process.
