Thermal high-visibility work trousers for low-temperature environments

Designed to operate in cold conditions, these multi-pocket thermal high-visibility work trousers combine reflective protection with a fleece-lined interior. Ideal for sectors such as construction, outdoor logistics, industrial maintenance, or road signage, where visibility and thermal protection are a priority during the winter months.

Construction and functional design

The ENIX model features a bicolour full-length trouser structure that integrates two reflective tapes on the legs. It has an elasticated waistband at the back for an easier fit. Its multi-pocket design includes:

• Two front pockets with contrasting details.
• Two back pockets with flap and Velcro closure, plus contrasting details.
• Two cargo pockets with flap, Velcro closure, and contrasting details.

The exterior features Roly WRK branding. It should be noted that the certification for this model allows for a limit of 25 wash cycles to maintain its high-visibility properties.

Composition and fabric weight

The garment is made from two layers. The outer layer is a 235 g/m² twill composed of 80% polyester and 20% cotton. The inner layer consists of a 100% polyester fleece lining weighing 185 g/m². This combination provides outer durability and inner thermal insulation, with no variation in composition depending on the colour chosen.

Certification and recommended applications

These trousers hold CE certification in accordance with EN ISO 13688:2013/A1:2021 and EN ISO 20471:2013/A1:2016, classified as Class I high-visibility. They are a suitable option for providing workwear uniformity on construction sites, traffic zones, mining operations, or loading and unloading tasks in ports and warehouses. They are available in five bicolour combinations (grey, garden green, navy, and industrial red, all contrasted with fluorescent yellow or fluorescent orange) and in a wide range of sizes from 38 to 60.
