Roly FIBER Healthcare Trousers: Functional Design for Professional Environments

The Roly FIBER sports trousers offer a versatile solution for the healthcare and beauty sectors. This unisex model stands out for its comfortable and functional fit, designed to keep up with the daily work pace in laboratories, clinics, beauty salons, food processing plants, and cleaning services. As a core garment in the Roly WRK programme, the FIBER healthcare trousers can be paired directly with the FEROX tunic to create cohesive uniforms.

In terms of construction, the trousers feature an elasticated waistband adjusted with a self-fabric drawstring, ensuring support without compromising comfort. The pocket layout meets the storage needs of active professionals: it includes two side pockets at the hips, an angled welt pocket with a velcro closure on the right thigh, and two back angled welt pockets. The 1x1 ribbed cuffs at the ankles facilitate movement and provide a fitted finish. The labelling is positioned on the outside, following the Roly WRK line standard.

This garment is made from 94% polyester and 6% elastane, crafted in 170 g/m² microfibre. This material balance provides elasticity and a clean drape, with no variation in composition across the available colour options. The colour palette includes white, black, danube blue, lab green, pistachio, lab blue, navy, and rosetón, covering the most common dress codes in the aforementioned sectors. Sizing ranges from S to 3XL.

As a model with a tear-away label, it is ideal for textile customisation projects through embroidery or screen printing. Its cut and tonal variety make it easy to integrate into corporate workwear, providing visual uniformity to healthcare, beauty, food, and cleaning teams.
