The Roly NEPAL jacket is a technical warm garment designed for working outdoors. Thanks to its water-repellent and wind-resistant properties, this custom padded jacket is ideal for sectors requiring protection from harsh weather while maintaining a cohesive corporate image.

Regarding its construction and design, the PK5080 model features a fixed hood with a peak to protect against wind and rain. It fastens with a colour-matched front zip with a two-way puller, complete with a chin guard made from the same fabric to prevent chafing. The elasticated cuffs provide a snug fit that prevents cold air from entering. The pocket layout includes two side pockets closed with colour-matched zips and an inner left chest pocket. Additionally, it features a specific internal access to facilitate textile customisation reprocessing.

The NEPAL padded jacket is made entirely of polyester: the outer shell is taffeta, as is the inner lining, while the padding is also 100% polyester. This structure gives the garment a weight of 708 g/m², making it a high thermal protection option. It is worth noting that the garment has a removable label. No composition or weight exceptions are indicated based on the chosen colour.

Regarding customisation and its recommended applications, the internal access for reprocessing allows embroidery or transfer techniques to be applied efficiently. The colour-matched zips and chin guard prevent visual interference when screen printing or embroidering on the chest or back area.
